Has anyone else had trouble installing Traktor scratch 2 on Big sur?

I had it running on my MacBook Pro for 3 years but it won't install on Big sur. Native Instruments customer service is terrible and they won't reply to emails.
 
If anyone could help me out that would be great. I still can't get any help from Native Instruments via email.
