Hi!
Yesterday I literally lost all of my excitement. I'm not gonna immediately switch, but I might in the future.
The way I see it the new version of macOS looked like Windows 11 to me and I'd say that the new versions of Android have more useful features and Apple is still missing 2 the most important features for me that android has had since the beginning:

An alarm clock that shows how long I have left to sleep
Achieving messages on Messages. Like am I asking for too much?

I don't know if it's my age or what it is, but I just don't feel the same excitement as I did with Leopard or with iOS 7.

I mean I'm more excited about Android 16 launching today than iOS 26 and I've grown to like Windows because it seems to be more stable (on my work laptop at least, Enterprise edition) than macOS and once you get used to Windows 11 you're gonna use it for the whole decade.

Oh, I also love that there are still missing languages such as Estonian, even though Windows and Android have had it since the 90's and Android since the beginning and also other European languages are missing.
A trillion dollar company, ladies and gentleman, a trillion dollar company.

My point is that your post doesn't add anything new to this conversation. The same thing gets posted here every few months, everybody argues for a few pages, then it's onto the next one.
You yourself say that while you're not excited, you might switch in the future. Big deal. See ya next thread.
