So I have this problem that showed up out of nowhere. My phone icon has a black loading circle on the bottom left of the app. I know its not some HUGE problem, but i like to think I have a minor case of OCD, so it really bothers me. I restored and it went away, then I RE-jailbroke, and it was still gone until I restored my cydia apps using aptbackup. After all that I was just like "screw it." I then installed the black cydia icon and it was gone. Yay! Until...I restarted my phone and it came back.
This is what it looks like normally:
This is after I open applications:
I can get rid of the black circles on ALL icons BUT the phone one by respringing or force quitting the app.
Has anyone ever seen AND/OR fixed this problem before. I dont want to have my phone un-jailbroken because its just boring.
SOLUTION: Backgrounder. I just made the connection that the apps that were running were ones in the background (second screenshot). I went into the settings of Backgrounder and turned it off.
