I've read good and bad about both of them but, since I'm not an expert in this area, I'm not sure what to believe.

Woot is terrific - they're owned by Amazon now. Sometimes they take a day or two to ship something, but after that it's a good experience. They sell both new and refurb on occassion, so just be sure to read the description fully before committing. They have a mostly-none return policy. Most issues are intended to be handed by the manufacturer's warranty.
