Has anyone figured out a workaround to use US model on cellular in UK/Europe?

looks liked UK/Europe model series 4 watches can’t be added to US cellular plans, but wondering if it might be possible to make a US model work on UK cellular?

Series 4 watches bought in the US do not work in the UK. And visa versa (as you stated). Just not technologically possible.
