Has anyone found a permanant fix for the "stuck isight problem" yet?

I searched forums but it seems only temp fixes are posted. My iSight light still is stuck on sometimes without even using the camera. When it is on, opening photo booth comes up with a black screen (no video). Only solution I have found is to shutdown and remove battery for a minute. Reseting permissions and PRAM does nothing except clears the problem for a day or 2 maybe. Still hoping for a solution. MacBook is only a couple months old. Do I need to exchange it? If I do, should I wait a little while and see if a newer model will be the replacement?

Just get Apple to Repair it.
