My spouse went from the 12 Pro Max to the 13 Mini. Battery life is the biggest gripe but they knew that going in. As for the size it’s more manageable. It also allowed them to get the iPad and it fits in well together.

I also play with his 13 Mini and scoff at how small it is compared to my 13 Pro Max but I would be able to use it exclusively without much issue.

Thanks.

so I just went from the iPhone pro 13 max to the 13 mini and so far, I am shock but I am enjoying it. it is light in the pocket and one hand hold and the battery life with the 13 mini is much better then the 12 mini

I switched from 11 to the 13 mini. It feels way easier to hold and type with one hand. I use a phone case so I don’t have the problem with having the blocky side. However, the smaller screen also makes content viewing and gaming experience not as enjoyable as its larger brother.
I also enjoy taking pictures with my phone. While having a brighter screen makes it easier to see my viewfinder much easier, its smaller size also make me more difficult to see what I’m capturing.

The more efficient A15 but smaller battery lead to similar battery life between the two, which is not very satisfactory to be honest, for user like me who uses the phone frequently for content consumption.

Coming from a X, my wife is absolutely sold on a ‘mini’.

And as I play with the mini sometimes I can’t help wondering why the hell I ever picked up a XS Max :)
