Has anyone got an autoscan of sorts working for iTunes yet?

Question as title. Is there a speedy solution to making iTunes auto-update it's library in accordance with a shared / local drive when it boots up?

You might play with this toy, and browse around that site for other ways to drag iTunes kicking and screaming into places it doesn't want to go. It's Applescript, so "speedy" is in the eye of the beholder.
