Has anyone got this nice looking weather widget to work?

This weather widget was created by a dude named dragooon. I tried placing the weather.theme folder in my winterboard theme folder but it just do anything when i respring my iphone 4. Has anyone come across this widget and got it to work on an iphone 4 through winterboard?
