Has anyone gotton their wrapsol ultra yet?

Does this company even exist? I ordered it a week ago still no e-mail confirming shipment. I called.. no answer.. wrote an e-mail..no answer. Guessing they are swamped but i want to wrap this i4 up!

I got mine today. Not happy with it. I'll be returning it for a refund.
