So last week, my series 5 watch started randomly rebooting…and then a few days later, it wouldn’t charge. Called Apple support and after trying a few things, they setup a replacement. I have Applecare plus, but the rep never asked about that. I got an email saying my service request was received and it’s been stuck on “pending shipment of replacement” for almost 4 days…
I was under the impression that having AppleCare Plus, offered up some kind of express replacement…
