Hello, I have added 4 Gb of ram to my macpro that I bought from Macsales.com, the ram is recognised by OSX and by vista's "basic information page" when you right click on the "computer" icon and select "properties", but the ram is not recognised by the resource monitor which still reads 2Gb.

Does anyone know why this might be?

Yes, I remembered that Vista 32 will only support 4Gb of ram. I had to by the 64 bit, oh well!
