So I switch phones often but I primarily stick with iPhone's. I've noticed on my 11 Pro and my X that when I answer a call and say hello the person cant hear me right away. Either I say hello twice and wait like 2 seconds which seems like an eternity. This is on T-Mobile and it only happens with iPhone's, all the Androids I've tested do not experience this. It's pretty annoying especially when you're eager to speak to the caller lol. Let me know if you experience this and your thoughts on it.

I use iPhones exclusively- and in my experience over the last 6 years, the worst phone call voice quality/ connection I get has ALWAYS been from someone calling from an iPhone. The most complaints I've ever gotten from a person on the other end is when I'm calling from an iPhone. I think it's the iPhone's weakest link.

Ever notice that Apple has NEVER mentioned call quality ever in the history of iPhone product announcements?
There's a reason for that.

Call quality on iPhone is definitely the weakest part of an iPhone. I have an iPhone 11 Pro but when on calls still sounds like I’m on an iPhone 5. Why cant this not be improved on? The best call quality I had on a mobile was blackberry even had a HD call icon when I was on call the call quality was beyond anything I have ever experienced on a mobile.

I haven’t experienced the OP’s problem before. However, I had had several people tell me over the years, that it sounds like I am far away or in a tunnel when I am talking with them on my iPhone.
