I bought a 2019 13 inch MBP late last year. This is my first experience with a Mac. From the get go, this has been easily my favorite laptop i have ever owned. That is, until this past April when my machine refused to turn on. I sent it to Apple, they repaired it at no charge. Everything was fine until this past weekend when the same issue happened. I talked to support and they said to send it again and they will repair it. I asked them to replace the unit entirely because i needed a reliable machine but they declined, saying that they only replace machines that have been repaired three times. I just hope they just don't simply replace the same parts as before.
Anyone else have a similar issue?
