well they have great prices on photo and video equipement...but has anyone actually ordered from them, and if so was the product new, and how was there customer service?

I've never used it and I'm not brave enough to. My money is precious to me.

Also, I'm always wary of companies that don't let you see the shipping until you've given them your credit card information. I'd suggest you beware until you hear of multiple positive experiences.
