Has anyone received a 1.3ghz model?

Get ready for a 4-6 week wait on those benchmarks. Since April 10 the 1.3GHz option was always 4-6 weeks. Personally I would like to see the benchmarks as well as I'm seriously contemplating this machine for college.
This. I ordered one but I won't be getting one for a while since I ordered 3 days after release. Ordered a 1.3/256 (since I most likely won't even come close to using 256GB) and, even though I'm a little peeved at Apple for making these processor upgrades so expensive considering they are listed for the same price, I wanted a speed bump to make sure my programs open quickly at least.
Some people on here wrote that right after release, they got 3-4 week waiting period.
Wouldn't this mean that the 1.3 Ghz gets a good boost during normal operation without sacrificing battery life?
That is not possible. More operations = more power used. Apple has not made this chip magical yet.
I don't think that is accurate. If you look at Geekbench's website, the 2015 Airs aren't doing anywhere near that well. Additionally, there was an article yesterday putting the 1.2 at over 5300 for the multi-core test.
It's legit. My Surface Pro 3 which also Turbo to 2.9 GHz gets 2898 and 5624 on Geekbench 3 which suggest that the 1.3 GHz Core M does turbo to 2.9 GHz:

No, I ordered the 1.3 almost as it was available and have an arrival date of May 6th (3-4) weeks, I got the faster shipping option as well.
So at very least you can expect to see my Geekbench in a few weeks. Not 4-6.
