I've been scouring the forum unsuccessfully looking for any experiences of people with problems with their iPhone 5s swapping them at a Verizon retail store. Seems like everyone has gone straight to the Apple Store. Has anyone been able to successfully exchange at the Verizon store? I'm wondering if they have the same "white box" replacements that people are getting from Apple.
