Has anyone restored iOS 16.1 Beta on iOS 16.0.2?

My iPhone Xs has been running the betas and is currently on iOS 16.1 Beta. However, I am receiving my new iPhone 14 Pro tomorrow, and I wonder if I will be able to restore a backup of my iPhone Xs onto my new 14 Pro?

Alternative A - it works, and I don't have to do anything further.

Alternative B - I have to install the Beta test profile on my new iPhone 14 Pro, update to latest Beta, and then I can restore from me Mac-based backup.

Alternative C - I setup my new iPhone 14 Pro as a new iPhone and then restore from my iCloud backup (I think that should work).

It will restore on the 14 fine, even without the beta profile (you just wont get ota updates without it), i would put 16.1 beta on the 14 first before restoring the backup though..
