My sister is getting these weird texts on her new 3GS. Has anyone ever seen anything like this before? They are from alert@alertsite.com. I have an iPhone 3G and have not seen these messages before.

If you go to the alertsite.com, it seems like they have her listed as a server administrator.
Looks like it's a phone number recycling problem. The webmaster forgot to remove his old number.. and then that number was given to your sister, so you're getting his alerts.

No, I think that that site is a service for webmasters; so the guy who previously had the number was a customer of theirs; not a worker there.
