Has anyone seen this folder scrolling issue?

If you scroll fast enough between screens on the return trip your folders will black out like this...

Interesting. I wouldn't notice it because I only have one home screen.

Since I've noticed it I seem to always notice it. Doesn't affect anything but just slightly annoying. Especially from a shop like Apple where you'd think they'd catch something like this.

Curious to see if they fix it in 7.1.

Anyone seen this on anything other than 5s.
