Photos in my iCloud Photo library do not appear on my iPhone 5s from my MacBook Pro. Photos I take on my iPhone don't appear in iCloud Photo library. But pictures that I have on my MBP do appear in iCloud...
I have no idea how to fix this. I've turned it on, turned it off, upgraded to iOS 10, etc, and nothing is working. No restore is underway as the last one I did was 2 weeks ago.
