Just curious. I already saw one member on here saying he sold his MacBook after getting the mini. M4 Mini is more portable than a MacBook and it gives you a much better experience once you factor in being able to use stands, risers for your monitor making it far more ergonimic, a mechanical keyboard full size mouse etc. and it can all be packed into one hard case with foam cutouts.

I mean you still need a monitor. They have very different use cases.
