Has anyone sold their iPhone 5 on Ebay?

Have any of you sold your iPhone 5 on Ebay? If so, how much did you get for it? What were the fees like? I am definitely going to return the iPhone 5 but was thinking about selling it on Ebay. I paid $449+tax as I was not eligible for the full upgrade. I will be eligible for the full upgrade on Nov. 2 so I figure why not return it next week and buy another one on Nov 2? I would save $250 this way. However, then I got to thinking about selling it on Ebay and possibly making more this way. Thoughts? Thanks in advance.

craigslist and get it unlocked by this guy and sell as unlocked iphone 5.

Craigslist is not an option as I live in a fairly small area and buyers for higher end phones are limited.
