Has anyone still not been charged for their iPhone on AT&T ?

It's been almost a month, and I still haven't been. Charged for my iPhone , is this normal for AT&T to wait this long, or did I just get a free phone ?

I actually returned mine and recevied the credit even though I was never charged.
