has anyone synced on iTunes with infinifolders?

I was following a thread about infinifolders but I never saw the question answered.

Will it keep all my apps in the larger folders?

Don't wanna try it and then spend an hour organizing everything again.

I synced the other day, it just makes the Sync Apps tab in itunes look weird. I synched like normal...disconnected and havent had an issue.

In fact just synced without issue
