iPod touch Has anyone tested the VPN at a college?

Hey there,

Rumors are floating around that 1.1.3 has the ability to set up a VPN. Now, I dont know much about this but I DO know that to be able to use my colleges (along with many other college's) wifi, you need 802.1x functionality. Does VPN fix this problem?

Here at Boston University, we use the awful Cisco VPN client, which makes iPhone and iPod touch functionality exactly zero. Cross my fingers for February's SDK...
