If so, were there noticeable gains? Any bugs or problems? This is on Windows of course.

Thanks.

A question, where did you get them from?
I thought the latest drivers availiable from Apple for Bootcamp were 167.44,
link to the new ones please?

I was using 169.32 for a little bit. They seemed alright, but I only tested them out in Medieval 2 Total War. Right now I'm using 171.14 I think, iirc.
Anyway, I didn't encounter any problems with them.

Which do you find is better? Or can you not tell a difference?

How well does Medieval 2 run on the MBP by the way?

Currently using the 17x series on Vista Business 64bit

I'm surprised at how many folks think they need bootcamp's nvidia drivers to use with their mobile nvidia GPUs.
