Has anyone tried Parallels Premium

I've stumbled recently across news about Parallels Premium on Parallels homesite and I wonder has anyone upgraded?
There are apparently no differences between Parallels Desktop 3.0 and Premium version, except some software.
I know Kaspersky and ATIH are very good features. They offer these apps for 20$ - it is good if you really need them. As far as I understand this is all non-Parallels software.
Do you have any experience about these apps? I'm thinking if I should buy Parallels Premium, but I'm still unsure

I'd stick with the standard version, you can cover the functions of the bundled apps with freeware fairly effectively (AVG antivirus etc).
