Has anyone tried the color conversions for the iPhone 5?

I had one for my 4s and was satisfied. It wasn't apple quality but it wasn't bad. The only thing I noticed was no oleo-phobic coating. has anyone tried the screens or even the whole metal back replacement to possibly turn my phone white?

i've been looking for some where to do a color conversion as well. i have a white and i want to make it black. did you find some where thats offering to do it? i've had no luck
