Has anyone tried to renew account?

I am trying to renew my MobileMe account but the site just sits there and spins when I enter my account information. Has anyone had the same problem. I have tried the chat with support and they did not seem to have a answer. They said that I could not use a Debit Card, so I used a credit card and the same thing happens. The icon just sits there and spins and spins and never goes anywhere. She suggested I try Firefox which I did and with the same results. My account expires in 2 weeks and I must get it renewed soon.
