Hi everyone,

since my last post I attempted to replace my faulty screen and superdrive on my MBP and now have quite a large pile of 'what used to be my Mac' (broken bezel, disassembled screen/top case/webcam, stripped torx screw holding the right hinge in, broken superdrive bracket) and 'a bag of screws'...

Needless to say, I've given up on that idea and am ready to pay for someone else to put it all back together. I have a replacement LCD on it's way, and replacement superdrive. As I decided to try removing the logic board to clean the case, I ended up with a big pile of screws and no idea where to put them, so it basically requires a complete re-assemble...

I found the company mentioned in the thread title, who quoted me just under £150, including postage both ways, to reassemble the whole lot. Has anyone here used this company, or heard of them? I'm wary of sending it all off to someone, but I can't find anyone local who can help, and I want someone else to deal with my 'make-your-own-mac' disaster. It's not under warranty, not that Apple would cover this!

Melissa.
