exchanged it from ATT for any of the issues such as proximity sensor, death grip etc?

i have priximity sensor issue and Apple had sent me one replacement which I returned immediately as I found that phone to be not really like new.

I want to try exchanging it with ATT.

Anyway has done this?

The phone is under warranty through Apple, all repairs and replacements must go through them. AT&T will only allow you to return it with a 10% restocking fee.
