I upgraded the hard drive on my MacBook Pro to a Hitachi TravelStar 7K500. I'm not completely satisfied with the head parking operation of the drive but I don't want to disable it altogether. I'm curious to know if anyone has or can run the Hitachi Feature Tool on his/her stock hard drive to see what the default values are for everything. The APM level is adjustable, power management can be turned on or off, etc. Apple customizes the firmware on their drives so I don't think the values will be the same as those of aftermarket Hitachi drives.

You can download the program here: http://www.hitachigst.com/support/downloads/

If you are kind enough to do this for me, please also include the exact model hard drive you have so I can correlate the information if I get multiple replies.
