Has my account been slammed or hijacked?

I sold my iphone 3Gs to a guy on Craigslist yesterday. About 5 minutes after I made the transaction, my iPhone 4 received a call with a caller ID of +9120-3. I answered but there was just dead air. I checked my account online this morning and it showed I had an incoming call from 001(my number), like

0015551212

Everything else looks in order so far. The phone had been completely wiped but still had the old sim in it. Anyone have any insight on what was happening. I suspect they buyer was doing something to verify that the phone worked and there is probably no problem.

You sim have your Account number (phone number) and your contacts if you ever copied or saved any to it. all the other information on it is just not human readable, and even if he get it out, it doesn't mean anything to any system but AT&T system.

just for the record, never give away your phone with SIM in it.
