I'm really confused about why I'm not able to use my Apple Watch. All I get is a tiny lightning bolt symbol in the upper left top of the watch screen. I've tried a different watch charger but the same problem continues. Have read the Apple online, can't reset it no matter how I try. Really would appreciate your help. Thanks.

Keep it on the charger for at least 30 minutes (can take longer as well) and if nothing changes, try hard resetting it by pressing and holding both crown and side button until the Apple logo (hopefully) shows up.
If that doesn’t help, you probably have a problem…

I am truly sorry about your watch. I had a similar situation and tried to figure it out on my own. But I only made it worse. I stopped it in a brick, the repairman at the service center said that if you had brought it in for repair earlier, it would still be salvageable, but it wasn't. That's how I was left without a watch. So perhaps you should go to a specialized center
