Has my Macbook been hacked into?

The green Video Chat light has been turning on regularly without me opening it. Sometimes I go into Photo Booth and it won't let me look at or take pictures and an error message comes up basically saying that the camera is in use by another application. I also got locked out of a Yahoo email account that I had created. Additionally, my Blackberry is acting strangely. A few weeks ago, the application Slacker Radio turned up on it and then later on, Bing, NFL and Skype appeared. I never added any of these and am not sure if that means anything, but I'd like your opinions on both matters.

Well, if your green video light is on that means the camera is on so put on a nice big

Try temporarily setting up a new user account to see if the problems still exist, then report back.
