Has 'Sort Order' for playlists been fixed for Apple Music?

So originally, on your Mac if you have iTunes Match, your Sort Order for your playlist could be set alphabetically. And this setting could be synced across all devices.

Ever since Apple Music came out, this function was broken. And I'm hoping if iOS 9.3 has fixed this issue?
