I have a bad memory but didnt the podcast app use to look like the iPad version? As in, when you click on library it shows you the recently updated episodes.

now, its annoying, especially since I tend to use it on the go, so walking out the door with my walking gear on and AirPods in, wanting to quickly press play.

On the iPad, and im sure at some stage in the past on iPhone, if you click on library, it shows you Recently updated, all with big easy to hit icons. which is surely what most people want.

on the iPhone, you have clicks for shows, saved, downloaded, latest episodes... you have to click on them.

below that you have recently followed with the big icons.

why would anyone think recently followed was what people wanted to see most prominently??? why is when I chose to follow the podcast remotely important? to me, and im sure most users, what podcasts have a new episode is most important.
