Has Time Machine/Apple TV got bigger?

I've bought the Iomega MiniMax external HDD which, from the photos, looked exactly the same size as my Apple TV and Time Capsule - but it's much smaller (about 160mm vs 200mm square). Is this a photo of the older model or something?

That's a Mac Mini and AEBS in that photo if I'm not mistaken, not a Time Capsule or Apple TV.

Edit: AEBS is 6.5" x 6.5" and the TC/ATV are 7.7" x 7.7"
