Has your July 2 order shipped or prepared to ship?

If your July 2nd ship order has shipped early or is in prep to ship, what date and time did you place it through Apple?

Also did anyone else s temporary Apple credit card charge drop off? Mine did. the bumper charges and delivered but the July 2 order pre charge no longer shows.

I think these 2 threads just about cover it all. And yes, mine is in transit to Lantau Island, Hong Kong right now.
