Hello again! A week ago, I realised that the usb c port on my MacBook Pro 2017 reads the charging cable only one way, and cannot be used in order for example to sync iPhone or connect external disk.
I went to an authorised service provider here (we don’t have official Apple stores) and they concluded that it’s a faulty logic board. They replaced it for free.
however, after I took the MacBook Pro there is a red flick/flask during restart or shutdown ONLY.
I spoke with the service provider and told me that this is normal and happens to every MacBook Pro. I cannot recall this in the past.
I attach a video could please tell me if this happens to your MacBook Pro too? I’m afraid that it may be a graphic card issue..

Sounds like either the integrated graphics is starting to fail or the display ribbon cable. Never the less any time you see artifacts is a bad sign. You can confirm it's the failing GPU by connecting an external display and running a GPU intensive program, if you see artifacts its the GPU.
