Haswell 15'' rMBP Temperature issue?

I notice that when my CPU is stressed, my "CPU Die - Digital" runs about 12-20c hotter than any of my 4 cores... is this normal? Or is this a problem?

Example - when playing a flash video, my CPU Die -Digital is at 98c, while the 4 CPU cores are at around 75c. What is the deal? On my other unit (exact same specs) my CPU Die - Digital is never more than 5c hotter than the cores.
