Haswell iMac price increase in Canada

Hi, I bought a 27 / i5 3.2 / 1To FD / 8 RAM in July for just over 2000$ CDN. Only add the FD and TrackPad as options. I see now on the Canadian Apple site prices have gone up like this, 21 base 1349 / 21 + at 1549 / 27 base at 1849 and 27 + at 2049. So an increase of 50$. Same prices as before upgrade on US Apple site though. So what you think? Should have waited? I so much hesitated before buying in July. Guess I should not be disappointed.

Enjoy your machine, which you've been enjoying for almost four months while I was using a 2011 Mac mini. Not a bad machine but a little laggy at times for what I do.

As for the price increase, not sure why. Right now the CAD and USD are pretty nearly par.

In Australia the flagship model has risen too from $2,199.00 to $2,449.00, I bet it has got to do with the slumping Aussie dollar.
