Haswell rMBP sleep / freezing issues AGAIN (post update)

So it seems this issue of the new rMBP freezing / slow dock / unresponsive and not waking from sleep has re-appeared for me - post Mavericks update.

It's been fine for the past couple of months (well since I got it in December) and as of the last week the above problems re-appeared.

Anyone else suffer the same?
