Hey guys. Just bought a MBP. I was wondering if anyone knows of any software besides eyeTV, Parallels, or HDPVRCapture that I could use to capture video from my Hauppauge HDPVR. I ask this because I just paid $1200 for my MacBook, and don't really want to buy some software for $80. I was just wondering if there was any other way I could capture video. HDPVR Capture is free, but it only records 2 minutes of video, and that's not going to help anybody.

Have you used either HDPVRCapture or EyeTV? Which is the better program? I'm willing to pay the money if EyeTV is worth it, but I don't want to get ripped off.
 
I have not used any programs yet, as my MacBook Pro has not arrived. I did buy a Happauge HDPVR and I am most likely going to get the eyeTV software since it has the best reviews.
