Hi Gang,

I currently have 15" PB 1.67ghz, as well as a Dual 2ghz G5.

I'm thinking that now that I have the Dual, that I no longer need this much power in a Laptop.

Possibly thinking about Downgrading again to a 12" PB. But getting the 1.5ghz Model.

Do ya'll think I should stick w/ the 15" or get the 12" and use the extra cash for RAM and what not.

unless you NEED more portability keep the 15". That machine is too sexy to give up unless you have a good reason!

wouldn't this cost you more money?

what is this "too much power" you speak of?

Yes, I agree with idkew. You will be paying more fore less. And 167 MHz difference between 1.67 GHz 15 incher and 1.5 GHz 12" is barely, if at all noticable. Plus you have a nice widescreen with 15".

If you would do that, I'd recommend getting an older iBook. But why not keep it if there isn't a pressing reason otherwise?

I would just keep it. If you were to sell it, it would fetch less money then you hoped and you would need to pay more money for a 12" PB. The screen on the 15"/17" is much better then the 12" PB and iBook also.

Once you go 12 inch you never go back.
