Have a jailbroken 3.1, want to upgrade to 3.1.2

My 3Gs v3.1 is currently jailbroken using pwnage. I want to upgrade to a jailbroken 3.1.2 and was wonder if these instructions are the way to go?

Any advice before I undertake would be appreciated. Just want to jailbreak, not unlock.

I would stay at 3.1 for the time being.

It's really because there are some newer apps I want that will only run on 3.1.2.

If you're on an iPhone 3G I'd say go with a custom 3.1.3 ipsw made with pwnage.

If you dont care about an unlock you can go to official 3.1.3 and then use spirit. Very easy JB.

Don't care about unlock, so perhaps that's the best way to do it. Thanks for the advice.

Upgraded to 3.1.3, ran Spirit and was jailbroken again in no time. So easy!
