Have an optical drive but no writable DVDs

I want to bootcamp my MPB '11 (again...) and I have an .iso image but no writeable DVDs. I do, however, have two 4 GB flash sticks (and an external HDD) and I would like to create a bootable Windows flash drive. I have an optical drive on my computer, so there is no option to create a bootable disk in BCA. Is it possible for me to create and install Windows 7 from a flash drive?
