Have anyone seen or happened to have this kind of iPad?

I got myself a white iPad 2 16GB wifi-only 6 days ago, did nothing on a hard work.. only sat in my room.. played an hour a day.. and a saw the screen this morning.. Claimed it with the shop I bought (iStudio).
