So you didnt contact Apple support to get you through this ? I will give you benefit of doubt since if you are registered, you can access this else no harm done
Goto https://developer.apple.com/ios/manage/devices/index.action
login using your Apple iD and then add device UUID. Effect is instant !

This answer was spot on. Just simply follow the instructions and you should be good to go.
